Hello all of you wonderful readers!

My name is Hailey Johnson. I’m a passionate reader and writer interested in the world around me and also, the fictional worlds we can create. I am inspired by authors of stories, short stories, poems, plays, and all other types of literature. I believe in the power of words and their impact on not just singular people but societies and cultures as a whole. I am passionate about discovering writers of different cultures and backgrounds to broaden my own horizons. Additionally I identify as a feminist and feel that female writers, especially those with impactful writings, should be celebrated and talked about. 

I am currently attending Kutztown University studying as an English major with a double minor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Professional Writing. I have attended a Composition Conference on campus and published one of my works on Kutztown University’s Research Commons (the PDF version can be downloaded at the link).
